Use the service on these terms.

The service

RunMyVibe lets you drop a project. We detect the stack and put it on a URL on *.mycodedapp.com, or on a hostname you attach. Hobby names are generated. Paid plans can pick a subdomain or a domain you own.

Guest apps have no outbound internet. They cannot send mail, call APIs, install packages at runtime, or open webhooks. That is how the product works, not a temporary limit.

The service is offered as a beta. Features, limits, and prices can change. We do not promise a particular uptime, backup, or support response time.

Accounts and browsers

You can drop one app without an account. That app lasts 24 hours in this browser. A free account can run 3 apps at a time for 7 days each. Paid plans raise the cap. Delete an app to free a slot.

You must give a real email and keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account and in a browser that still holds a guest claim.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or pay. Do not use the service for anyone under 13.

Your apps

You keep the rights in code and files you upload. You grant us a license to store, build, run, copy, and display that material so we can host it and keep the platform running. The license ends when the app is deleted or expires, except for backups and logs we keep for a short time, and copies we must keep for law or abuse review.

A generated *.mycodedapp.com URL is public. Anyone with the link can open the app. Do not upload secrets, private data, or anything you cannot put on the open internet. If you attach your own domain, you are responsible for that hostname and for what it serves.

You are the publisher of your app. You are responsible for its content, its users, and any data it collects. We are not a party to what visitors do on your site.

We may look at uploads, logs, and running processes when we need to operate the service, stop abuse, or meet the law. We may stop, delete, or refuse an app at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use RunMyVibe to:

• Break the law, or host material that is illegal where we operate or where you live.
• Host sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any sexual content that exploits a child.
• Phish, scam, or collect credentials. Do not run malware, exploit kits, or attack other systems.
• Send spam, mine cryptocurrency, or use the service as a proxy, open relay, or botnet node.
• Probe, scan, or attack this platform or other customers.
• Upload someone else’s copyrighted work if you do not have the right to host it.
• Circumvent plan caps, isolation, or rate limits.

Report abuse to hello@mycodedapp.com with the URL and a short description. We may remove content and close accounts without notice when we believe these rules are broken.

Plans and payment

Current prices and features are on the pricing page. Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.

A paid plan renews until you cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. Taxes may be added where Stripe collects them.

If a payment fails, we may downgrade the workspace, stop paid features, or expire apps that no longer fit a free cap.

Availability and limits

Uploads, CPU, memory, processes, and disk are capped. Those caps are listed in the stack docs and on pricing. We may change them.

Hobby and free apps expire. We delete expired files and stop the app. Do not treat this host as your only copy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that an app will stay up, that a stack will detect correctly, or that data will not be lost.

Ending use

You can delete an app or close your account. We can suspend or close an account, or take an app offline, for any reason, including a terms breach or a risk to the platform.

When an app ends, the URL stops serving. Custom-domain records you created are yours to remove. Sections that should survive (including payment, acceptable use, liability, and indemnity) stay in effect.

Liability

You will defend and indemnify Piedmont Technical Consultants LLC against claims that come from your apps, your visitors, your domains, or your breach of these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in North Carolina have exclusive venue, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to stop abuse or protect the platform.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. If a court strikes one part, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement for the service.
