Privacy Policy
Effective 9 September 2026. This policy covers the RunMyVibe control plane on mycodedapp.com and runmyvibe.com. It does not cover sites you host — those are yours. See also the Terms of Use.

The service runs in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you are sending your data to the US.
When you drop an app without an account, we store the project files, a generated site name, timestamps, and the public IP used for the upload. We keep a claim in this browser so you can manage that app until it expires.
When you create an account, we also store your email and a hashed password. If you pay, Stripe gives us a customer id, a subscription id, and the plan you chose. We do not see your full card number.
We keep operational records: deploy events, error lines from your app, resource use, and the hostnames you attach. We use your IP to enforce upload caps and to spot abuse (for example, many apps from one address).
We do not ask for your name, address, or phone. Do not put secrets in an upload you would not put on a public URL.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded source as training data for a public model.

We load Google Analytics (measurement id G-LXXWY185KN) on public pages and the console. Google may set its own cookies and collect device and usage data under Google’s privacy policy.

Files you drop are stored so we can build and serve them. A hobby URL is guessable only if someone has the name, but it is not private. Visitors to your app may send that app their own data. We do not control that. You are the controller for anything your app collects.
Guest apps cannot make outbound network calls. That limits what your app can send to third parties from our hosts. It does not stop a visitor’s browser from talking to other sites if your pages include those scripts.
Guest apps are removed when the 24-hour clock runs out. Free-account apps are removed after 7 days unless you delete them sooner. Paid apps last for the paid term, then follow the plan rules.
Account email stays until you ask us to close the account. Billing records stay as long as tax and card-network rules require. Short-lived logs and backups may outlast an app by a few days.
You can sign in and delete an app at any time. That removes it from the public URL.
If you are in a place that grants access, correction, deletion, or portability rights (including the EEA, UK, or California), email hello@mycodedapp.com from the address on the account. We will need to confirm it is you. You may also complain to your local data authority.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you, beyond applying the published plan caps and abuse limits.
The service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, write us and we will delete it.
We use standard protections (encryption in transit, isolated guest apps, hashed passwords). No host is perfectly secure. Do not upload data you cannot afford to lose or leak.
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes will appear on this page before they apply to data we already have, where the law requires that.
